A perfect replenishment of electrolytes, berries and gut-healing probiotics. This NEW smoothie creation has been approved by both adults and kiddos :)
Place ingredients (in order listed above) into jug of a blender, adding additional water and ice, if necessary. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and pop in a straw! Makes two servings, or 1 adult and 2 kiddo servings.
Any frozen berry (or mix) works here. If you don't have ginger, just leave it out, but you'd be surprised how much it elevates this smoothie!
If you don't have an electrolyte powder, use coconut water to help thin out the smoothie.
If your smoothie isn't sweet enough (I get it, sometimes you're just too sweet for your own good!), add 2-3 drops of liquid stevia.
