  • 1 Tbsp Canadian Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tsp Tamari
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until salmon is no longer opaque in the centre.

Recipe Notes

The Canadian Method for baking salmon doesn't typically apply to recipes with a nut crust.  Oven temp is reduced to avoid burning the nuts!
