Raspberry Chia Jam
With berries fresh from the garden or straight from the freezer, homemade stove-top jammy jam comes together in 20 minutes! Chia seeds help to thicken and a kiss of honey sweetens it all. You can make this recipe in the morning before you're ready to spread on toast!
- 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon or orange zest (optional)
-
Place all ingredients into a pot and simmer over low heat until thickened and bubbling, about 20 minutes.
-
Let cool for 20 minutes before placing into a jar with tight fitting lid.
Jam will keep for 3 weeks in the fridge...but it won't last that long 🙂
Blueberries, blackberries and strawberries can be used in place of raspberries
