Raspberry Chia Jam

Raspberry Chia Jam

With berries fresh from the garden or straight from the freezer, homemade stove-top jammy jam comes together in 20 minutes!  Chia seeds help to thicken and a kiss of honey sweetens it all.  You can make this recipe in the morning before you're ready to spread on toast!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lemon or orange zest (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients into a pot and simmer over low heat until thickened and bubbling, about 20 minutes.

  2. Let cool for 20 minutes before placing into a jar with tight fitting lid.

Jam will keep for 3 weeks in the fridge...but it won't last that long 🙂

Recipe Notes

Blueberries, blackberries and strawberries can be used in place of raspberries
